To report a late, lost or stolen check contact the Phillips 66 Vendor Relations Call Center. Please have the following information available when calling. This information is available on the Phillips 66 Vendor Invoice Status (VIS) or Actian portals.

  • Vendor Name
  • Vendor Address
  • Vendor Number
  • Check Number
  • Check Date
  • Check Amount
